If you want to join a new job after retirement or after the age of 55 then it is the time to design a new resume for new job. If you plan to design a new resume by yourself then it can be intimidating but by following some simple and easy tips you can design a compelling resume for you. It is not necessary that you are a retired person or you may be unemployed as a result of downsizing, mergers and company’s decision to replace higher-paid old workers with lower-paid young workers.</p>
